The Solution. A completely revamped, efficient site that was built within the timeframe and set budget. In addition, Propulsion Labs:
- Transitioned the team from a waterfall to an agile development methodology
- Leveraged tools to enable business user productivity with minimal developer involvement
- Put the Propulsion Labs development team on site to facilitate rapid development of new features and to ensure uptake of process change.
