Our office has been a long time coming — but the wait was worth it. With a beautiful modern design with rich wood accents that really accentuate the architecture to an outdoor lunch area to enjoy team meals to a conference room with a digital fireplace, this office has it all.
Let’s run through a few of the features, step by step, and show you just how amazing this place really is. First of all, as you walk towards the building, you can take in the amazing architectural design. To add a nice splash of green, to the right side of the building there’s a quiet little garden space. In front of the front door, there’s a well and pump, which adds a rustic flair to complement the modern design. The door itself is cool too — it has a fingerprint scanner so we can stay safe and secure. When you enter the building…
You’re faced with three main options: Go left, into the conference room, straight up the staircase, or past the staircase into the kitchen. First, let’s go into the conference room. As you can see, in the wall opposite the main entrance, the conference room has a built-in digital fireplace to add a technological touch to the decor. Conference rooms, however decorated, do tend to be a bit boring, so let’s head outside to the outdoor lunch space, where you can see an amazing wood table where we can sit and enjoy our break time.
Now, if we head back into the building by the other door, we find ourselves beneath the stairs and directly opposite the bathroom nook, where there are doors to the two bathrooms. If we turn left, we can see the modern kitchen, with sink, fridge, and stacks of snacks (yum!). That’s about all we have set up for the first floor, so let’s head upstairs and check out the main office space.
The office space itself is mostly open, with one enclosed space off to the side for Jake and Marty to work. Everybody gets a multi-monitor setup which allows us to get a lot more done, a lot more efficiently. It’s amazing how nice it is to be able to split up your tabs among the monitors so you can look at all of them without having to click around. Next to the office door, of course, we have the balcony door, which has a beautiful view of the surrounding area and is a pretty cool place to just watch the world go by — though we don’t have furniture up there yet, so you’ll have to stand for now.
